Any such disclosure to our affiliates is done in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable confidentially and security measures.

Exceptions: Legal Mandate, Corporate Reorganization

We may share personal information with other companies, organizations, or individuals outside of HEARING NAVIGATOR if we believe in good faith that the disclosure of the information is necessary to meet applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect, detect, or address fraud or security issues.
